From their very first experience of Perrott Hill, our youngest children are welcomed into a nurturing and inspiring environment where they are given the time and space to thrive.
Little Pippins Nursery provides a safe, secure, and happy place for children aged 2 to 4, where they will feel known, valued, and supported. A strong pastoral ethos underpins all that we do, ensuring each child's wellbeing sits at the heart of their learning.
With our dedicated and experienced team of practitioners we can offer a rich range of stimulating and engaging experiences, carefully designed to spark curiosity, foster independence, and instil a lifelong love of learning. Open-ended and play-based activities, both indoors and out, support and focus on child-initiated learning and exploration. Children are encouraged to be curious and to follow their passions, developing their own lines of enquiry along the way.
As part of the wider Perrott Hill School community, our Nursery children also benefit from access to exceptional facilities and specialist teaching, enriching their early years' experience and laying strong foundations for a full and flourishing education.
Children are welcome to join us at any point in the year. You can also opt for a term-time only place or all year round (48 weeks). For continuity, we would ask, that children attend for a minimum of three full days a week.
We will always ensure we have a high ratio of qualified and experienced staff in each room. Our staff ratios are:

- Under 3 years old — 1 member of staff to 5 children
- Over 3 years old — 1 member of staff to 8 children
