Sport plays a large part in the lives of Perrott Hill children. Each class has a timetabled PE lesson and team sports are coached every day, except Thursday when an activity programme is run. The boys play rugby, hockey, football and cricket across the three terms and the girls play hockey, netball and rounders. All pupils also take part in athletics and swimming in the Summer Term.
There are matches most Wednesday and Saturday afternoons and these are arranged for all age groups and ability levels.
Every child will have a chance to represent the school in some sport during their time at Perrott Hill. Some children play at county level while others gain equal enjoyment by participating for the school's B teams.
Boys and girls also have the opportunity to pursue their own talents and interests through a wide range of additonal sporting activities. Tennis is very popular, with lessons through the year, and children also enjoy karate, gymnastics, fencing, golf, riding, badminton, pop lacrosse and archery.
